Israeli companies to start flying to Turkey after 5-year break

None

Israel will begin sending regular flights to Turkey after a five-year interruption, Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz announced Wednesday.

The flights were stopped due to a disagreement on the security regulations at Turkish airports where the Israeli aviation companies would land their planes. The two countries' agreement will let Israeli companies fly to Turkey starting summer 2014 without limitation. (Shahar Chai)
