Bennett won't attend event honoring haredim, protests planned

Minister Naftali Bennett, who was supposed to speak at an event honoring hundreds of haredim volunteers in the civil service, has announced that he will not be able to make it.
Some of the haredim had said they would leave the hall when Bennett got up to speak, and haredi protests had already been heard when it was announced that he would attend the event. Bennett's bureau said his agenda has changed because of an appointment with the prime minister. (Kobi Nachshoni)
