Abbas: Recent IDF operations 'an escalation'
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said Israel is creating an escalation on the ground and is undermining the peace efforts by the US and the international community, in response to the two overnight events in the West Bank in which two Palestinians were killed by the IDF.
"The president condemns the crimes perpetrated tonight by the Israeli military," said Abbas' spokesman, Nabil abu-Rudeina. (Elior Levy)
