Former Palestinian PM caught speeding near Jerusalem

Former Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei was caught driving at 140 kph (around 90 mps) near Ma'aleh Adumim. Qurie refused police requests to pull over and was stopped only after reaching a police checkpoint.
He refused to open the car doors and was summoned to the traffic police. (Noam Dvir)
