Supreme Court: Disputed Ethiopian toddler to stay with foster family

None

A bench of seven Supreme Court judges ruled that the Ethiopian toddler, who is at the center of a long dispute, will remain with his foster family who has begun an adoption process, and will be allowed to complete a permanent adoption process.

The decision Monday reverses a previous decision made four months ago by a bench of three Supreme Court judges that ruled that the toddle will leave his foster care and be returned to his aunt. (Aviel Magnezi)
