PM meets UTJ MK; no word from latter on joining coalition

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened with MK Moshe Gafni (United Torah Judaism), as discussions over the Equal Share of the Burden Law were concluding and the governing coalition's fracturing continued.
Officials close to Gafni said that the meeting was convened at Netanyahu's request. The meeting dealt with several topical issues. The office of the haredi MK refused to comment on the question of whether the meeting included discussions of UTJ joining the coalition. (Moran Azulay)
