Medication subsidy eligibility expanded to all Holocaust survivors

None

Treasury Minister Yair Lapid announced an increase in benefits given to Holocaust survivors for purchasing medication – NIS 30 million ($8.6 million). Until now, the benefit was only given to those who received stipends or benefits from the State or from Germany.

This decision will allow Holocaust survivors who only received a single reparation payment to be included in the plan. (Omri Efraim)
