Report: High probability for intifada in 2014
A secret assessment report of one of the Palestinian security services paints a worrying picture regarding the situation in the West Bank for 2014. Obtained by Ynet and Yedioth Ahronoth determined that there is a high probability of the outbreak of a third intifada in the territories if the peace talks fail.
The report's authors recommended the Palestinian civil authority and its security services to form a plan in case of an escalation in demonstrations to assure the Palestinian Authority is properly positioned to deal with events. (Elior Levy)
