Al-Qaeda demands rebels stop thwarting its attacks on Assad

None

Al-Qaeda's branch in Syria has delivered an ultimatum to opposition forces in Syria, threatening to stop fighting President Bashar Assad if they don't fulfill the conditions. Al-Qaeda demanded that they remove their checkpoints, not fight with them and release al-Qaeda prisoners that they're holding.

The group warned that it would pull out of several areas, including Aleppo, causing it to fall completely into Assad's hands. (Roi Kais)
