Police set up roadblocks to find hit and run driver

Published: 01.06.14, 07:46 / Israel News

The police set up roadblocks late Sunday night, looking for the driver that fled from the hit and run accident in Beersheba. The driver has yet to be found, but his identity is known to the police.

The 32-year-old mother injured critically in the accident underwent an operation in the early hours of Monday morning, and she is in stable condition breathing through a ventilator. Her two children, also injured seriously, underwent late night treatment as well. The four-year-old daughter was operated on, and the two-year-old son is still in emergency care. He is also breathing through artificial respiration. (Mati Siver)
