State attorney: No grounds for Moshe Katzav retrial
The State Attorney's Office has filed its response to the retrial of former President Moshe Katzav, who was convicted of two counts of rape, and additional offenses, and was sentenced to seven years in prison.
The State rejected Katzav's claims, and noted the claims were properly examined in his trial and appeal process. (Aviel Magnezi)
