Lapid: Opportunity is golden now to divorce Palestinians
Finance Minister Yair Lapid said in a Yesh Atid faction meeting that the progress in the peace negotiations was genuine. "There's a real opportunity here. We're a lot closer than it appears. We can’t afford to miss this."
Lapid said he wanted to strengthen the prime minister and call on him to make every effort to take advantage of the occasion. "Yesh Atid will back up all of the brave decisions that will be made in order to reach an agreement to separate from the Palestinians. Not a certified marriage – a divorce.
