UK proposes UN condemn Syrian air raids on Aleppo
Britain wants the UN Security Council to denounce the Syrian government's air strikes on rebels in the city of Aleppo with Scud missiles and barrel bombs that have killed some 700 civilians.
Security Council members were considering the press statement Tuesday. Such a statement is not enforceable but expresses the world body's sentiment. (AP)
