Ya'alon: West Bank withdrawal will create 'Hamasistan'
Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon responded Tuesday to the outburst of negative comments against what he said about US Secretary of State John Kerry.
"There are things that can be solved at once and there are challenges that need to be dealt with over time. Maybe the diagnosis of those who think they know how to solve the problem is wrong."
Ya'alon said that if Israel were to withdraw from the West Bank, the situation would be disastrous.
"Hamas, with 2,000 determined soldiers, would defeat the Palestinian Authority, and once that happens there will be a new entity, which we call Hamasistan, and with them we can't talk or do business." (Mati Siber)
