Shin Bet arrests 3 Palestinians suspected of planning kidnapping
The Shin Bet, assisted by the Israeli Prison Service, foiled an attempt by Palestinian prisoners to establish a terrorist cell aimed at conducting a kidnapping attack in Israeli territory.
The plot was exposed last month and was permitted for publication Wednesday. (Yoav Zitun)
