Bennet plants tree in Hebron, says 'we will be here forever'

Published: 01.16.14, 18:19 / Israel News

Habayit Hayehudi Chairman Naftali Bennett came to Tu B'Shevat celebrations in South Hebron and said: "We are planting an olive tree today, and those children planting it will enjoy its fruits, along with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We will be here forever."

He also mentioned US Secretary of State John Kerry's proposal to install plasma screens and other electronic devices as a substitute for armed forces in the Jordan Valley, and emphasized that "while conversations on plasmas are taking place, we are talking about real children and real people."
