MK Piron announces Wolf Prize winners

Education Minister and Wolf Foundation Council Chair Shay Piron announced the winners of the 2014 Wolf prize awarded for excellence in sciences and arts. The recipients of this year's prize are eight scientists from four different countries, including Israeli-Canadian scientist Professor Nahum Sonenberg.
For the first time, The Wolf Prize is awarded this year in collaboration with the Israeli Ministry of Science, Technology and Space. Five 100,000 dollars prizes will be given to the recipients. (Shahar Chai)
