773 Africans left country out of will in January
Interior Minister Gideon Saa'r said Wednesday that 773 illegal African migrants left Israel by will in January. They received $3,500 each.
Human rights organization said they couldn't have left out of their own will considering the only other option is to remain in jail in Israel. (Omri Ephraim)
