Minister Livni meets with Tony Blair at sidelines of Munich Conference

Justice Minister Tzipi Livni met with Tony Blair, the Quartet's Special Envoy to the Middle East, at the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, ahead of the Quartet meeting. A diplomatic source in Munich estimated that a special message from the Quartet regarding the negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians is not expected to be published.

However, US Secretary of State John Kerry will ask Europeans and Russians to not allow Palestinians to evade making decisions, leave the negotiating table and take one-sided-steps such as turning to the UN. (Eldad Beck)
