Peres: Kerry came to make peace, not fight with us
On the backdrop of comments against US Secretary of State John Kerry's efforts to achieve a peace deal, President Shimon Peres clarified Israel's stance on the American politician.
"We thank (Kerry) for his efforts. We are supporting him and we are looking forward to positive results," he said. "He didn't come here to fight with us. He came to make peace between us and the Palestinians. (Noam Dvir)
