State Department responds to criticism: Kerry 'has tough skin'

State Department spokeswoman Jan Psaki said that the attacks on Secretary of State John Kerry have continued, but that he "has a tough skin and he's been through a lot more difficult circumstances than having personal verbal attacks thrown at him."
