Syria: Evacuation of Homs postponed due to 'technical, logistical' difficulties
The evacuation of civilians in the besieged Syrian city of Homs has been suspended for the day Tuesday for "logistical reasons" and will resume on Wednesday, governor Talal Barazi told AFP.


The operation "has not taken place today because of logistical and technical (difficulties). Tomorrow morning we will continue food aid delivery and the evacuation of civilias" neighborhoods besieged by the army Homs, the governor said in a phone call. (AFP)
