Schulz: Iran cannot get nuclear weapons

The Iranian regime cannot be allowed to obtain nuclear weapons, European Parliament President Martin Schulz told the Knesset in a special address on Wednesday.

"I understand that a nuclear Iran is not just a danger for Israel, but for world peace," he said. "And the EU agrees: Iran must not have nuclear weapons."

He said the best way to achieve this is through "diplomacy and dialogue, to prevent another war in the Middle East." (Ynetnews)
