Man shot to death on Tel Aviv boardwalk by two masked perpetrators

Two masked men shot to death a man sitting in his car near Hatachana shopping complex on the Tel Aviv boardwalk on Saturday at around noon.
The shooting occurred while thousands of visitors were in the area to attend Israel's Chocolate Festival.
"We were at Hatachana complex when we heard gunshots," a mother of two that was at the scene said. "We thought it was a terror attack, there was mass hysteria." (Eli Senior)
