Haniyeh: Framework deal not binding for Hamas

Hamas will not recognize the proposed American framework agreement to help guide peace talks further, Hamas Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh said Saturday at a Gaza rally, PressTV reported.
"The so-called American framework is not binding for us," Haniyeh was quoted as saying, adding that the framework deal "is unfair and imposes the Zionist violation of the Palestinian land." (Ynetnews)
