Jordanian King: Idea of Jordan as Palestine is 'illusion'

Jordan's King Abdullah said in a meeting with authorities and members of Parliament that "every time that there are negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, the discussion comes back to the 'alternative homeland'. Until when will the discussion about this illusion continue?"

Abdullah told the officials that "Jordan is Jordan and Palestine and Palestine. There will not be something else." (Nimdor Semel)
