RAMALLAH - Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech at AIPAC Tuesday constitutes a "unilateral declaration of the official end to (peace) negotiations," Palestinian leader Nabil Shaath said.
"Netanyahu announced he did not want a solution to the (Palestinian) refugee issue and (insisted on the) recognition of Israel as a Jewish state, which is totally unacceptable," Shaath told AFP. (AFP)
