Condition of guard shot in prisoner shootout improves

Halal Bisan, the IPS guard shot by US-Israeli prisoner Samuel Sheinbein at Rimonim prison about a month ago, has improved.

Bisan was rushed to the ICU unit in Meir Hospital in serious condition, at the time he was unconscious and on a respirator. Bisan has now regained consciousness and is communicating with his family. (Raanan Ben Tzur)
