Syrian deputy foreign minister says reclaiming Golan Heights a top priority of Assad regime
Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad published an article in the Lebanese newspaper Al-Binaa in which he blamed the Syrian civil war on Israel and said that reclaiming the Golan Heights is the top priority for the Assad regime.
He also claimed that the United States fears the repercussions of an attack on Syria and instead compelled Israel to execute attacks which have revealed its extent as a full partner in the war. (Roi Kais)
