IDF soldier admits inventing Jerusalem stabbing

An IDF soldier who said he had been stabbed by three Arab assailants in Jerusalem on Thursday morning has admitted that he invented the story.

The soldier confessed during questioning by police who suspected that the attack, in which he was purportedly stabbed in the leg, had never taken place. (Noam 'Dabul' Dvir)
