Avraham Yaski, Israel Prize laureate for architecture, passes away at 86

One Israel's most esteemed architects, Avraham Yaski, passed away Friday at the age of 86 as a result of an illness.

 

Yaski was awarded the Israel Prize for architecture in 1982 and was involved in some of the largest projects in Israel, including Tel Aviv's Rabin Square and the Azreili Center. He also founded the architecture department at Tel Aviv University. (Ynetnews)
