Kerry asked Abbas to 'keep door open for negotiations'
Secretary of State John Kerry spoke with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and asked him to "keep the door open for negotiations" according to Lebanese news channel Al-Mayadeen. Kerry also spoke today with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.


During the conversation, Kerry and Abbas agreed to stay in touch over the next few days, according to Palestinian news agency Ma'an. (Roi Kais and Yitzhak Benhorin)
