11 kids hurt in Florida day care center crash
A car smashed into a Florida day care Wednesday, injuring 15 people, at least 11 of them children. Authorities were looking for the SUV that started the chain-reaction crash.
Highway patrol spokeswoman Wanda Diaz said a silver or grayish Dodge Durango crashed into a vehicle that then struck the KinderCare building in Winter Park. The Durango left the scene.
Several of the injured were reported to be in "very, very serious condition," Diaz. The injured include 13 people taken to hospitals and two treated at the scene, Orange County Fire Rescue said in a tweet. (AP)
