Foreign Ministry spokesperson says Robert Serry showed 'poor judgment'
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Yigal Palmor tweeted a response to UN envoy Robert Serry's accusation that Israel purposely barred him from entering the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.
