Israel bids to host 2020 European Championship final, semifinals

Israel is one of 19 countries bidding to host the 2020 European Championship final and semifinals.
The tournament will be played across Europe, with the final stages being held either at Wembley Stadium in London or Munich's Allianz Arena.
Israel, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Macedonia are among bidders which have never hosted a major tournament.
UEFA's executive committee will choose the host cities on September 19 in Geneva. (AP)
