Holyland Affair: Danny Dankner sentenced to three years

Judge David Rosen, who issued sentences in the Holyland graft affair involving former prime minister Ehud Olmert, sentenced Danny Dankner, the former chairman of Israel's second-biggest bank, to three years in jail.


Dankner, who is the joint chairman of Israel Salt Industries, was also fined a million and half shekel for his role in the affair. (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
