While taking a stroll through a Washington park, the American president met an Israeli on his special day.
US President Barack Obama was on a walk on Wednesday in a Washington park when he met an Israeli celebrating his birthday.

The American president wished the man a happy birthday, and asked him where in Israel he was from.
Obama continued his walk, meeting several surprised Americans who did not expect to meet their commander in chief.

The president opted to make his way from the White House to the Department of Interior on foot instead of using his armored convoy. After walking through the streets of the capital, he strolled into the park.
