Jews and democratic party supporters of Hillary Clinton announced Tuesday the creation of "American Jews Ready for Hillary," a group that's paving the way for a Clinton presidential run in 2016, though the former Secretary of State has yet to announce her candidacy herself.
Organized by Jewish Democrats Marc Stanley, Fran Katz Watson and Steve Rabinowitz, the group intends to take action in urging the American Jewish community to volunteer, talk, donate, and elicit money for a potential presidential campaign for Clinton, showing her that the infrastructure for her run is already in action.
With more than two million supporters and over 55,000 donators already promising their active support for Clinton, the goal of the organization is to significantly increase the already considerable number of supporters and donations.
