The Justice Department announced Monday that a court in Jerusalem convicted two Israeli settlers for "price tag" attacks after vandalizing dozens of vehicles belonging to Arab civilians in 2013.
In June 2013, 34 car tires were slashed and racist graffiti was spray-painted on a wall in Abu Ghosh, an Israeli Arab village west of Jerusalem. (AFP)
