ADL slams 'offensive' Nazi comparison by head of Family Research Council
The ADL issued a damning statement in response to comments made by Tony Perkins, the president of the Family Research Council, a Christian think-tank dedicated to battling same-sex marriages.
The ADL slammed the “offensive and inappropriate” Holocaust comparison by Perkins who in a recent discussion likened a judicial decision regarding a baker’s refusal to make a wedding cake for two gay men to Nazi concentration camps and the boxcars that Germany used to carry prisoners to death camps across Europe.
