Mofaz: It's time to crush Hamas
"It's time to call in the reserves, turn every stone in Judea and Samaria, and crush Hamas," said Tuesday Kadima MK Shaul Mofaz, who was the IDF chief of staff during the 2002 Operation Defensive Shield that destroyed the terror infrastructure during the Second Intifada.
"Time is running out - it's time for an extensive, determined and uncompromising operation," Mofaz added.
"This is a strategic goal and an appropriate Zionist response. It has strong approval with the people of Israel, even among reservists. The public expects Israel to deliver a fatal blow to terrorism," he went on. (Ynet)
