The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a group representing Syrian rebels, said Syrian government troops shelled nearby rebel targets on the Syrian border, raising the possibility the attack on the Israeli vehicle which left a 15-year-old boy dead and four wounded was the result of errant fire.
