Scailex's board of directors decided Monday to oust controlling shareholder Ilan Ben-Dov from the compnay's board of directors. The decision was announced this morning to investors.
The company, which is the importer of Samsung mobile devices in Israel, is expected to announce the appointment of Alan Gelman to the board later Monday. (Gil Kalian, Calcalist)
