Germany to play a friendly soccer match in Israel in March

Germany will travel to Israel for a friendly on March 25 to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries.
German Football Federation president Wolfgang Niersbach said the match is "another signal for the close ties" between Israel and Germany. (AP)
