Livni to promote bill turning Sunday into rest day
Justice Minister Tzipi Livni announced Tuesday morning that she will join Energy and Water Minister Silvan Shalon to promote the initiative to make Sunday a day of rest, she made the announcement at a meeting with Religion and State Lobby in the Knesset.
"Together we will lead a legislation for two days of rest a week. This is a proper initiative and I am fully aware of all the claims raised by those against it, but as soon as we set our sight on the target we can find solutions to all the raised problems," said Livni. (Moran Azulay)
