Merkel: Murder of teens a 'detestable act for which there is no excuse'
BERLIN - German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Monday described the murder of three young Israelis, whose bodies were found in the West Bank as a "detestable act for which there is no excuse."
In a statement relayed by spokesman Steffen Seibert, Merkel said she was "shocked," and that her thoughts were with the families and friends of the three young people. (AFP)
