Court releases Tariq Abu Khdeir, cousin of slain Palestinian teen, on bail
Jerusalem Magistrate's Court released 15-year-old Tariq Abu Khdeir, cousin of slain Palestinian teen Muhammad Abu-Khdeir, from jail on bail Sunday morning. Tariq, whose brutal beating by Border Guard police officers was captured on tape, is suspected of throwing Molotov cocktails and rocks and of injuring an officer.
According to the terms of his release, he must not reside in Shuafat and had to deposit NIS 3,000 in bail.
