IDF Chief Gantz: IDF only need political directive to begin ground incursion

IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz visited a base belonging to the Paratroopers Brigade where he said that, "Gaza is sinking into disaster. The attack from the air is excellent and intelligence (efforts) are working."
"We must look at the campaign in a level-headed manner and not in histerics. Nothing will keep up for continuing forward. The IDF doesn't need a staw to break the camel's back for a ground operation, only a political directive," said Gantz.
