Jordanian king: 'Escalation will harm chances at two-state solution'
Jordanian King Abdullah addressed Israel's Operation Protective Edge in Gaza saying that the situation endangers attempts to reach a two-state peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians. Speaking of the phone to US Vice President Joe Biden, the king said that, "The dangerous escalation will increase Palestinian suffering and harm the chances of returning to the negotiating table."
