Islamic Jihad say there are contacts to upgrade the Egyptian truce offer

Islamic Jihad Deputy Secretary-General Ziad Nahla said Wednesday that the organization has been in contact with Egypt "in an attempt to upgrade the ceasefire offer" and according to him they do not have contacts with Qatar. Nahla said that they refused to the original offer because it compares between "the executioner and the victim".
